100% estate grown picked when the flavours were just right.  Fermented in small open 6 x 12 bottle cartons fermenters before being gently squeezed. Matured in American oak with a touch of Cabernet Franc, has aromas of black currents, cinnamon and dark chocolate with a soft tannin finish
