Tomich Hill Riesling Single Vineyard, Adelaide Hills 2013
Our family has a rich history spanning three generations in agriculture. We practice sustainable farming and organic principles to produce wines from pristine fruit grown in our high altitude, cool climate Adelaide Hills vineyard.
Classic aromatic Riesling. The grapes are picked in two parcels combining four different clones of Riesling. These batches are fermented separately and blended from a crisp and persisting palate.
Delicate with lively floral spice and hints of lime. This Riesling displays steely intensity on the finish.
