2012 Clare Valley Riesling - Best of Both Worlds
This wine exhibits a crystal clear, pale yellow colour. The nose shows typical floral notes with a heady citrus blossom character. Due to the time spent ageing in bottle, this Riesling has begun to develop further complexity on the nose with hints of butter and honey. Flavours on the palate are typical of a Clare Valley Riesling and are beginning to build complexity, characters of lemon butter and honey dominate. The palate finishes with a clean and fresh cleansing acidity. This wine will pair well with a range of seafood and chicken dishes.
