Salena Estate Organic Shiraz 2010 - Organic , Gold Medal, 3 Silver, 4 Bronze
Our Winery is an N.O.P Certified Organic Winemaker and Bottler. This ensures the quality control process and organic
status of the fruit and wine in maintained from the vineyard to the bottle.
Salena Ink Series Lagrein 2012
The grapes were picked and crushed at optimal ripeness for the style that we wanted to achieve. They were then small
batch processed with specific enzymes and yeasts to capture as much fruit and varietal character possible
Salena Ink Series 2012 Montepulciano
After extended skin contact the must was then gently pressed before a short period in a mix of new and old French oak,
not to impact too much on the natural fruit flavours prior to packaging.
Ink Series 2009 Petit Verdot - 3 Bronze
Fermentation was completed in an assortment of oak and stainless steel, with French and American oak staves,
hogshead and barriques used.
Panache Selection 2011 Sangiovese - 1 Bronze
The quality of the fruit lent itself to extended skin contact for optimum extraction of colour, so after crushing the fruit
was fermented on skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel for between ten and twelve days.
The Corker Tawny NV
This fortified wine is a blend of vintages from 2006 to 2011. The selected years produced conditions in which grapes
were able to ripen to exceptional levels. The grapes for this wine were picked well after those used for still dry wine production.

White

Salena Ink Series 2012 Vermentino - Trophy, Gold Medal, best white wine Perth Wine Show 2013 , 3 Silvers, 7 Bronze
The whites in particular benefited from a close to perfect season, showing great varietal characters and balanced
natural acidity.
Panache Selection 2011 Bianco d’Alessano - Gold medal. 3 trophies alternative wine show
The grapes for this wine were machine harvested in the cool of the morning. The free run juice was then fermented
at low temperatures using specific yeast strains as to bring out the delicate Bianco d’Alessano varietal characters.
Ink Series 2011 Pinot Grigio - Bronze
The depth of fruit flavour and bold tannin structure achieved meant that from the beginning this wine was built to last.
Fermentation was completed in an assortment of oak and stainless steel, with French and American oak staves,
hogshead and barriques used
Ellen Landing Viognier NV
The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of night to maintain their delicate fruit flavours and aromas.
Parcels were individually selected in the vineyard for their clear expression of distinctive fruit characteristics and
varietal characters.
NV Tyrone’s Turn Brut Cuvee
Tyrone’s Turn Brut Cuvee was vintaged from a selection of traditional sparkling white grape varieties.
The fruit was harvested early in the ripening season, with fairly moderate Baume (10°to 11°) and
reasonably high levels of natural acidity.
Tyrone Estate 2011 Semillon Chardonnay -  Bronze
Careful selection of the individual component wines was conducted to create a delicate, crisp and refreshing
style of wine showing elegance and finesse. The grapes selected for this wine were crushed by an air bag press
and left on skins for a carefully monitored period of time to ensure extraction of delicate flavours without imparting
 harshness to the pure juice.
