2012 FAT’n Skinny Winemaker’s Blend                                                                  (RRP $15.00)

100% McLaren Vale fruit, Estate grown.

A blend of Chardonnay and Viognier

COLOUR:             Bright straw

AROMA:              Citrus peel, orange blossom and dried apricot.

PALATE:               Full of flavour in the melons and apricots spectrum plus a little honey and a clean finish. Very easy to enjoy.

Chardonnay and Viognier

The two varieties work together with the Chardonnay helping to moderate the fuller flavours of the Viognier

Both Chardonnay and Viognier were aged on lees for six months.

A very small amount of oak [oak staves @ ½ gram per litre] was used to build background character in the Chardonnay and Viognier.
