2022 Langhorne Creek Shiraz
A classic full flavoured Shiraz produced from select parcels of low yielding fruit grown on the banks of the Angas River in Langhorne Creek.
Hand plunged in traditional small open fermenters, the wine was then matured in seasoned French oak barriques for 15 months prior to bottling.
A deep, ruby red colour with youthful purple hues.
On the nose the wine displays aromas of ripe plums and violets with hints of clove and cinnamon spice.
The vibrant palate displays generous fruit flavours framed by fine, persistent tannins leading to a long, rounded savoury finish.
A wine that will continue to evolve over the next decade.
Vegan friendly. Minimal sulphites added. 14.2% Alc/vol.
