Tasting Notes
Vintage 2012 Was A Crackerjack In Terms of Slow, Steady Ripening with Sufficient Sunlight and Warm Autumn Days to Maximise The Potential of The Moderate Cropping Vines. A Portion of The Best Fruit Was Reserved For New French and American Oak Barrels. IT Was Harvested A Week Later Than Normal So As to Gain More Colour and Sugar.
