This is an elegant organic Shiraz offering lovely notes of ripe pepper aromas.  Aged in French & American oak, this medium to full bodied Shiraz is rich on the palate leaving a tight tannin structure.

Senior Winemaker for Pure Vision, Joanne Irvine, daughter of the well renowned “Merlot Master”, Jim Irvine, has trained and worked in the Barossa and California before becoming involved with Wine Wise Consulting. The success of this wine consultancy has been proven with the results achieved for many brands, both nationally and internationally, including Pure Vision.

While studying winemaking at Adelaide University, Joanne worked several vintages as a cellar hand both in the Barossa Valley as well as Sonoma and Napa counties in California. She graduated with Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) in 2000 and has since been a successful winemaker, more recently for the Pure Vision organic team.
